    About Russell:

    Russell N. Suzuki, MSCIS is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of IT, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Electronic Health Records (EHR), HIPAA, Marketing, and Project Management experience. After graduating from the US Air Force Academy, Russ served for six years as an active-duty US Air Force Officer and Hospital Administrator with assignments including Hospital Director of Medical Records, Chief Information Officer, and HIPAA Privacy Officer. 

    Russ and his wife then founded and ran a successful healthcare IT company offering Managed IT Services, EHR and Medical Billing services for 12 years before selling to a national Healthcare IT company and joining their executive team, where Russ led the company’s IT, Cloud Hosting, and Clinical Interfaces departments. After transitioning their former customers successfully, Russ moved on to provide Executive Management, IT, HIPAA, Sales, and Marketing consulting services to local and national businesses. 

    Russ is now Senior Director of Finance and Community Relations for HealtHIE Nevada, the state's only non-profit, community-based health information exchange (HIE), dedicated to providing local healthcare professionals the real-time, secure, and accurate clinical information they need to save lives and save money.

    Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and currently resides in North Las Vegas with his family.  In his spare time, Russ spends time with his family, volunteers on the board of the Nevada chapter of the Health Information Management Systems Society, and mentors local students and entrepreneurs. 

    About Brian:

    Brian Rosenberg has over 30 years of experience leading technology projects in the healthcare industry.  He has led large-scale transformation projects as a project and change leaders for many of the largest healthcare providers in the country.  Brian has been at the forefront of technology implementation and adoption strategy in the industry, and until recently led clinical and AI technology strategy as a managing director with KPMG.  Before that, Brian built a successful consulting firm that became an Inc. 1000 fastest-growing company. Brian also serves as an adjunct professor at UNLV and as an Honorary Commander at Nellis Air Force Base for Mike O'Callaghan Medical Center, is the President of HIMSS-Nevada, and is a regular speaker and author on adoption of technologies.  Recently, Brian Rosenberg was named executive director of HealthHIE Nevada, our state's healthcare information exchange.


    About Earle:

    Earle G. Hall is a globally recognized entrepreneur, multiple award-winning technology innovator, and 2x TEDx speaker with more than 20 years in the global casino industry.

      A graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and a veteran Army officer, he holds a Master of Public Administration and received the United States President’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.

      About Pearl:

      Dr. Pearl C. Kim is an Assistant Professor-in-Residence in the Department of Healthcare Administration & Policy at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Public Health and the founder of PK Consulting, LLC. She has served as a lead evaluator on multiple state and federally funded initiatives, working in partnership with healthcare organizations and community stakeholders.


      Dr. Kim completed executive training in AI in Healthcare through Harvard Medical School and currently serves on two statewide boards appointed by the Governor of Nevada: the Behavioral Health Planning and Advisory Council (BHPAC) and the Commission on Aging.

      About Ayesha:

      Ayesha R. Mehdi is Partner-in-Charge of the Las Vegas office of Zumpano Patricios (Zumpano Patricios & Helsten, PLLC).

      Ms. Mehdi represents healthcare institutions and practitioners under Nevada and federal healthcare law. Her work primarily involves physician and dental practices, pharmacies, nurse practitioners, and management services organizations, and includes advising health systems in connection with regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. Her regulatory practice addresses matters involving the Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and state and federal fraud and abuse laws.

      Ms. Mehdi serves on the Board of Governors of the University of Kansas School of Law and has taught health law and governance as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has held leadership roles within national and regional healthcare law organizations and speaks at healthcare-focused conferences, and has received professional recognition for her work, including honors as one of the Leading Lawyers of Las Vegas and Top Lawyers.

      Ms. Mehdi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College (Michigan), a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She holds a Master of Laws in National and Global Health Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
