Access to Legal Resources and Practice Management Templates | MEMBERSHIP TYPES: Active: ($100) A regular member works in an office of one or more physicians engaged in the practice of medicine as a legal entity, sharing business management, facilities, records and personnel. This member’s principal role must be one of the following: A. Performing managerial duties involving multiple areas, or Affiliate: ($300) Individuals who work for companies that supply products or services to medical practices. Student ($0) Any person pursuing a university degree who is not eligible for other membership categories is eligible to be a student member. A student member is entitled to Association membership services as determined by the Board of Directors and will be a non-voting member of the Association and cannot hold office. You must provide proof by submitting your student enrollment verification form. Qualification must show status of “Full Time” student which is defined has 12 credits.Faculty: ($50) Any person serving on a university faculty who is not eligible for other membership categories is eligible to be a faculty member. A faculty member is entitled to Association membership services as determined by the Board of Directors and will be a non-voting member of the Association and cannot hold office. Organizational Membership:Membership by business entities providing, or facilitating the provision of, healthcare services. Individuals identified by the entity purchasing the organizational membership will be deemed Active or Affiliate Members as applicable. Groups of five or more individuals can take advantage of special pricing / benefits. The flexibility this provides is ideal for many practices and you will save time by processing only one payment rather than several throughout the year. There are two options listed below: Transferable Membership and Program Registrations Practices with five or more members may join under this category. Benefits include the ability to transfer membership from one team member to another and the ability to vary who attends each education event based on the topic up to the number of representatives included in your membership level. The attendees may be different for each program. For instance, if you have a membership for 10 people, you may send any 10 people from your organization to one of our programs even if some are not the official members. This is done using a promo code at registration.
