About Ayesha:

Ayesha Mehdi is a partner at Spencer Fane LLP in Las Vegas, focusing on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters for healthcare practitioners and entities. She advises on issues including fraud and abuse, HIT compliance, Stark Law, anti-kickback statutes, HIPAA, and reimbursement. Ayesha holds a JD and MHSA from the University of Kansas and a BBA in Finance (magna cum laude) from Walsh College. Before practicing law, she taught health law at UNLV and managed an oncology clinic in Las Vegas.
