Fabian Doñate was born in Los Angeles, California. Doñate earned a B.S. in public health from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 2018 and a master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Maryland in 2020. His career experience includes working as a development consultant with the University of Maryland School of Public Health, the regional account management coordinator with the American Cancer Society, and a health policy research assistant with the Center for Latino Prosperity.
