With more than 30 years of nursing experience, Arvin has served in diverse roles across clinical operations and nursing education. Before joining Optum Nevada, he managed multiple specialty clinics as the RN Manager at Southwest Medical in Las Vegas. He has also taught at various nursing schools, contributing to the development of compassionate, practice-ready future nurses.

Arvin earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emilio Aguinaldo College in the Philippines and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
