About Tyler: 

Tyler Leishman, MHA, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in both pediatric and adult academic health systems. He is the Assistant Vice President of Children's Health  -  Pediatric Service lines, as of November of 2025 he has been serving as the Interim President of Nevada Children's Health. Throughout his career, Leishman has been dedicated to driving strategic growth, enhancing clinical programs to improve accessibility and outcomes, and implementing management systems to improve quality, service, team member engagement, and philanthropy. Since 2022, Leishman has served Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, and Interim Chief Operating Officer at Riley Children’s Health, where he oversees all service lines and clinical operations, facilities operations and clinical support functions, and all strategy and planning functions including enterprise and service line growth, strategic analytics, business development and partnerships, real estate and master facility planning, and marketing and communications. Prior to his time at Riley Children’s, Leishman was the Vice President of Strategic Provider Integration and Executive Director of the Pediatric Care Network at Children’s Hospital Colorado. He also previously held leadership positions at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the University of Minnesota Medical Center. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in health management services from Weber State University.
