About Bethany:
Bethany Sexton is a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in health plans and integrated delivery systems. In her position as the Health Plan Leader for Kaiser Permanente in Nevada, she is guiding a joint venture between Kaiser Permanente and Renown Health designed to expand access to care for health plan members and patients in northern Nevada.
Bethany is known for leading transformational efforts that improve financial and operational performance while advancing value-based care. She has overseen clinical operations, revenue cycle functions, and strategic initiatives, earning national recognition for her work.
Bethany holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Western Washington University.
Beyond work, Bethany's commitment to community service is evident through her service on the boards of Immunize Nevada and the Nevada Women's Fund. Personally, she is a devoted spouse and parent to three children and two miniature schnauzers. Finding solace in the Sierra Nevada, she embraces outdoor pursuits and has a genuine passion for exploration, reflected in her travels to far-off places. Earlier in life, she completed Ironman Canada, an achievement that underscores her unwavering determination.
