Regina Vaccari
Regina Vaccari, APR, is an award-winning strategic communications professional with more than 26 years of experience in public relations and marketing. As Assistant Vice President of Strategic Communications at HCA Healthcare Far West Division, she leads executive communications, media relations, crisis management, public affairs, and employee engagement. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno’s Reynolds School of Journalism, Regina is active with PRSA Las Vegas Valley and serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the YMCA of Southern Nevada. In 2024, she received PRSA Las Vegas Valley’s Pinnacle Award for PR Practitioner of the Year.

Todd Sklamberg
Todd Sklamberg is Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center and Sunrise Children’s Hospital, an 834-bed facility and Nevada’s largest acute care hospital campus. He joined Sunrise in 2008 and has served as CEO since 2012, leading the organization’s growth and response to major community events, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the October 1, 2017 mass casualty shooting. Sklamberg is actively involved in Nevada’s healthcare and business community, serving on the Executive Committee of the Nevada Hospital Association and the board of the Trauma Center Association of America. He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University.

Tom Zumtobel
Tom Zumtobel serves as Chief Executive Officer of Teachers Health Trust (THT), where he leads a data-driven Health Investment Strategy focused on early intervention, affordability, and measurable improvement in health outcomes. His leadership has emphasized transparency, provider accountability, and disciplined financial stewardship to stabilize and strengthen a public-sector health plan. Prior to THT, Tom served as Vice President of Population Health at Renown Health System, where the Renown Health ACO achieved profitability within twelve months. He also served as President of the Culinary Health Fund, leading operational and delivery system transformation that resulted in a sustained low single-digit average annual medical trend over six years. Earlier in his career at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, Tom helped establish a broad primary care network and Nevada’s first statewide multi-specialty group. He is widely recognized for building trusted partnerships with employers, providers, and community stakeholders to deliver better care at a lower total cost.

Aric Coffman
Dr. Aric Coffman is a physician executive with extensive experience in healthcare transformation, physician enablement, and value-based care. Throughout his career, he has led large multispecialty practices and healthcare organizations, including DaVita Medical Group, The Everett Clinic, and Honest Medical. His leadership has focused on transitioning organizations from fee-for-service to value-based care, driving growth, improving patient outcomes, and empowering physicians to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.
